04/06/10 13:47 Agayina Toupee Leader, South African Boy Scouts of Impala Soulaquezi, Central Karoo, Western Cape Jambo! The football world cup 2010, begin in 1 week from today. The people of Central Karoo and the boy scout members of Impala Soulaquezi welcome you to the number one football world cup of Africa held in our nation of South Africa. Our boys have been travelling to a nearby town to use the internet services at the local school, to look for scout friends from other nation that share their love of football. Some boys have asked that they be allowed to contact your group in the hope that they may make football exchange friends, because they see lots of photo of your group playing football when wilderness camping. Please contact me if you have football scouting boys that will want to share their love of world cup 2010 in South Africa.
02/06/10 13:54 Theo Walcott Lonely, rejected nomad I am sooooo upset that I'm not getting a holiday to South Africa and was wondering if you guys wouldn't mind cheering me up? If it's ok I'll come and have a kick around to see if that will help

08/02/10 15:35 Fozzy Secretary of the Southern 50 Organising Committee Can't wait for the Southern 50 event this weekend, although I feel that the Hornchurch Network teams are going to do rather well and beat your teams, but good luck, you are going to need it! Extra challenges include calendar modelling, window licking, daisy chain making and twix eating during the event if you want to decrease your time, just letting you know, see you soon. (Ed: Clearly the real Fozzy would know that the Network teams would end up being scratchier than a superstar DJs decks!)
03/02/10 10:44 Herman the German Leader at 1st Berlin (Ed: Delightfully imaginative) Gutentag young children! I am waiting to meet some of you at the Jamboree in Sweeden! I can't wait! Yar!
07/12/09 09:37 Graham Coxwell Boy Scout, Troop 313, The Rancheroos, Dallas, Texas Great site guys.Really like the look of it, I can see you have a vision for your pupils. We are visiting Liverpool next year, the home of the Beatles, our troop is Beatle themed and everyone wears really colorful Sgt Peppers costumes as uniforms. We are hoping to visit London for a morning, to see the John Lennon Guest House. Perhaps it would be an idea for us to visit you for some English tea. In fact would it be possible for it to be in a strawberry field? You seem like the troop that could make that happen. Grand wanatoo rancheranger Graham

10/06/09 12:47 Jane Seymour Humble Nomad Who am I? Am I in films? Did I write books? Was I married to Henry VIII? I get myself confused with Jane Seymour of Henry and Jane the precursors to Terry and June, Jane Fonda, Jane Austen, Helen Seymour, Helen Dorothy, Seymour Skinner and Jane Seymour (AKA Dr Quinn medicine woman). So easily done these days.
01/06/09 17:04 Mrs Spoon Good lady wife of the undersigned My husband recently told me about this website and I just HAD to see it. It has been the highlight of my day and I am convincing Mr Spoon to turn our rocket around and head for Elm Park right now!
01/06/09 17:02 Mr Spoon Humble nomad from a far flung celestial body, namely Button Moon in Blanket Sky I was busily on my way to Button Moon in my beautiful rocket when the narrator man told me to visit this website and I am so glad that I did. This truly has to be one of the most exciting websites around. Keep it up people, when can I join? (Ed: Come on down Mr Spoon, there's always room for a cutlery based alien at Centurion!)

13/04/09 16:20 Chief Elf Cub Scout, Midget Cub Pack, Somehwere near Phasels Wood...possibly I am the chief elf and I will rule all!!! (Ed: And to think he started off as a ball boy for Centurion, makes you proud doesn't it...)
28/03/09 14:22 Snow White Humble Nomad and Imprisoner of Small People Hello everyone, just been looking through the photos I got sent in the post of your Russia expedition. My woods are nearly as good, but I have 7 little men running after me instead of little explorers like Carrie, Tish and Tom. Good luck in future expeditions!
17/03/09 21:16 Calum Finch Explorer, Centurion ESU, Hornchrch, GLNE Surely Cambodia would be a more intruiging and adventurous choice
08/03/09 18:13 Moo Nibbles A four-legged milk producing friend perhaps? Ain't is coincidental that all the places we have been to all contain the same 3 colours on their flags. Is the next place Holland or France just to continue the trend, or more elaborately Oz land?

26/12/08 20:48 Ian Winston Humble Nomad Alan made me leave a comment!
23/12/08 13:32 Bob Cratchit Humble Nomad I love Christmas. It's a time for giving and, to be honest, no-one has given more than Centurion ESU this year. Congratulations on an award winning performance. If I had some money I'd by you a trophy that commemorated such an effort. A trophy a bit like the FA Cup, only bigger and shinnier - after all you've achieved so much more than Tottenham this year.
23/12/08 13:29 Ebenezer Scrooge Humble Nomad I hate Christmas, it is a farce. It is a time when all the weezlie little children beg and parents squander there money. I think that Christmas should be banned. I like what Centurion ESU have done with their time though. They have not wasted a minute or a penny. Well done. Bah humbug
23/12/08 13:20 Mr Elf Humble Nomad Llundochno eich llachenhalla. Slliluch na cuich ma pygnella scloch.ygrach ni lleich lynglochno scich. Elf
23/12/08 13:16 Frosty the Snowman Humble Nomad Hey guys I'm sorry I can't be with you tonight to accept your gratitude. But i'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate you all on a fine performance throughout the year. I hope next year I might not be so liquid so that I can meet you all and thank you in person.
23/12/08 13:13 Jesus of Nazareth Humble Nomad As it's my birthday I'd like to take this opportunity to thank my mum and my dad for what they've done for me. I'd like to thank the donkey for putting up with Joseph's moans during the long stint to Bethlehem. I'd like to thank the three wise men for not getting me socks. But most of all I'd like to thank Centurion ESU for putting on a great year of scouting. The one, the only, the messiah of messiahs......Jesus!
23/12/08 13:09 Father Christmas Humble Nomad Ho ho ho, Merry Christmas to one and all! Except James Mitchell who has been a naughty boy this year and has joint the naughty list for passing unprecedented amounts of wind throughout 2008!
07/11/08 17:06 Thou Whom Must be Obeyed (aka Suggs) The King Pin, Centurion ESU, Hornchurch District, GLNE Not only do I decree that it is time for the calls of "get the photos up" to be banished from this guestbook, but I also suggest that the purveyors of such comments get a jolly move on with arranging their Chief Scout Presentations, otherwise at this rate, all that hard work and effort will simply go to waste!
07/11/08 12:53 Gypsy King 1st Gypsy Scout Group, Hobo Haven District Seriously slacking with the no Sedan Chair or Kilmuir pics. It's a disgrace to the name Explorers. You should correct that pronto Monsiuer Glenda. (Ed: sob, sob, I'm doing me best guv!)
06/11/08 16:36 Looney Jon Explorer, Centurion ESU, Hornchrch, GLNE What do you mean a good picture of me? That's impossible because its a picture of me (Ed: Awww poor Looney, come on everyone, tiny violins at the ready and a one, two, a one, two three four...)
02/11/08 09:56 Tish Graham Explorer, Centurion ESU, Hornchrch, GLNE In response to Sedan Chair Article: Twinkle Toes Tish? Are you sure? I didn't really get a chance for Latin dancing this year, such a shame. Got the flamingo in though (Ed: Tish's signature volleyball move), it's all good. Hee hee
22/10/08 14:28 Richard Pinto AESL Centurion ESU, Hornchurch, GLNE I am gypsy mad that we didn't win Kilmuir this year. If I wasn't such a homonosexual i'd have blapsed those Chingfords!
20/10/08 11:42 Jo Luscombe Explorer, Centurion ESU, Hornchrch, GLNE Just been browsing through the website that is Centurion ESU and I'm still dissapointed at losing by 1/2 point on Kilmuir, but I had a great time, and there's always next year! Chingford had better watch out...
19/10/08 18:47 Michael Morton Explorer, Centurion ESU, Hornchurch, GLNE and 1st Elm Park Young Leader I can't believe we lost Kilmuir by 1/2 a point, I am so disappointed, could have been 5 years in a row
11/09/08 20:38 Hobo Steve Representative of the 1st Gypsy Scout Group I want to see more summer camp photos and such like!!! (Ed: Hey Steve, hope the soup kitchen is treating you well. Glad to see you've scraped together the money to pay for 5 minutes at the Internet Cafe, and then used those 5 minutes to join the evergrowing campaign to get the Gallery updated. Well my flea ridden friend, rest assurred that by the time you've saved enough empy beer cans and sold them to the recycling centre to fund your £3.20 a month internet cafe habit, they'll be on the website for you to feast your bleary eyes upon!)
11/09/08 11:35 Alan Winston AESL Centurion ESU / SL 1st Sth Hx, Hornchurch, GLNE Hi, sending this all the way from Oz (Perth). Just wanted to say - join the Koala Rape Awareness Program (or just sign the petition) and together we can stop cruelty to Koalas!
27/08/08 13:33 Natalie Giles (a.k.a. Tilly) Explorer widow on Monday nights My dad was a scout leader for 1st South Hornchurch for many years, and so I spent most of my childhood on scout camps and fundraising events (jumble sales anyone?!). My dad is still best buddies with Alan's dad and now my man Mick is an 'assistant' ... or something ... with the unit, and wants to train to become a fully fledged leader. A couple of weeks ago all the leaders got together for a weekend surfing in Cornwall and it was the first time I had met most of them. Despite the fact they are completely insane I had a fab time and look forward to the next time we can go to a lobster haberdashery ... and in the meantime I will continue my search for a monkey factory ...
21/08/08 16:54 Jesus of Nazareth 1st Apostles, Discipleton District, the scouting county of Miracleville Sup homes. Jus hangin wid de masses at mass. Bin lovin yo work an all. Keep on truckin an let me no if ya need sum mo-jo 'cause I got plenty from me 2000 year fro (permed it back in 965AD).
18/08/08 21:53 Sam Hart (a.k.a. Meathead) Once a member of the noble Centurion ESU, and perhaps soon to become one again...

Hey guys it's me Sam, a.k.a Meatball! I miss the good old days at explorers. Was thinking of rejoining again as it changed my life so much and gave me so many memories, too many to explain...Anyway I would appreciate a message back to see what's happened in the last 6 months that i aint been around.for. Yours sincerely, THE Meatball

11/08/08 18:49 David Thompson County Commissioner for Cornwall Hi All. Just to say a big thank you for my Hedgehog badge which you gave me whilst at Nine Ashes on 10th August. Hope you had a great time surfing in the County!
29/07/08 21:06 Chris Luscombe (a.k.a. Gypsy Lever) Explorer, Centurion ESU, Hornchurch, GLNE When are Summer Camp pics going to be on??? I don't want to wait for ages to see them!!! When are DHM pics coming up as well? You're too slow with putting pics up (Ed: Cor blige, keep nagging like that and you'll make someone a lovely wife one day! I'm working on it as fast as my little keyboard tapping fingers will let me...)
27/07/08 17:49 Andy De Souza Humble Nomad I think this is a fantastic group with a lot of hard working people ensuring that a lot of young kids been given great opportunities in their lives.
13/07/08 11:47 Michael Lynch Squirrels Heath Explorers hellonice site but no well done on being the bestestest section there is we win that one.me and my explores have hered about dragnet and would like to do it but we dont know enought about it we know its on the same weekend as sunrun but if you could send me the sites of dragnet and souther 50 it would be appricated and see you at the evens (Ed: That's some good typing for the greatest explorer unit that ever did grace our land! Surely though if you were the best, you would have proved your worth at prestigous events such as the S50 and Dragnet, or at the very least had the sense to find the websites on our Links page!)
08/07/08 13:33 Terry Howard Humble Nomad Great site, it's good to see that there are people out there who are really trying to help young people. Thought I'd do you the pleasure of signing my name as you have touched my heart

Centurion Camp will be great but where are the pictures from last Crow Camp? (Ed: Hey you, less moaning about the lack of updatedness and more learning about where capital cities are!)
18/04/08 20:14 Alison Milner Girl Guiding Edinburgh Ah been looking at all your Serbia photos! Love them! But I do feel you are lacking in some good old scottishness in the album. We practically joined together. Good times eh?! We totally love you guys xxx (Ed: We're feeling that love down here, and wafting some back your way!)

07/04/08 13:24 Martha Midere I.T Liaison Technical Advisor Southern Division, 1st Gilwell Park, Head Office I should have known better, because, I'm so tired, I've just seen a face, like dreamers do. Ask me why everybody's got something to hide except me and my monkey.

19/02/08 09:33 Rachey and Tish Grahwood Explorers, Centurion ESU, Hornchurch, Serbia (apparently) We got bored in ICT, so we came to look at our wonderous site. It is lovely. I (Rachey) like the picture of Tish looking like a flamingo. :-D Tish, on the otherhand, does not. ;D 'Tis lovely. A big thumbs up for Russia!
17/02/08 20:08 Christine Howard Wannabe Explorer Support Unit (a.k.a. Wife) Wow! Your website always was amazing but with those shiny new perfectly formed logos it's even better! Site looks great - had a look round, very easy to look at (that's good coming from me - no good at computers). Had a great time at Frylands Wood - hats off to Tom and the guys for a great job on organising the weekend. Look forward to many more to come, looks like you lot are stuck with me now!!!

28/12/07 13:28 Secret Santa Humble nomad Maybe one of the more generous sites I have visited this Christmas. Plenty to read, plenty to digest, especially when I have eaten 30 million biscuits and mince pies. Not that I like mince pies. I digress... Plenty of photos, not one of me though. Suppose you all think I am not real and that you are all old enough not to believe.... So be it...Say La Vie...Bonjour...GoodenArben. Plenty of information, perhaps leg length, armpit size and big toe length would be helpful -I need to recruit for next Christmas! But overall, well done, keep up the good work, very interesting, Suggs for PM, Add a cookery section...Roast Hedgehog, Burnt Frogs etc.

Lol!!! This is the best explorer website I have ever seen...but where are the pics from Serbia and Luxembourg?????

17/09/07 22:11 Jesus of Nazareth There's little time to devote to scouting when your busy hanging with the disciples and being a Saviour in Bethlehem and beyond... Worship me! (Ed: By this, Jesus, is clearly trying to say Worship Us, we thank him for his visit)
17/09/07 20:55 Christine Howard Humble nomad and ex-brownie! Probably the best scout related website in the world...ever! Can I become an honorary member?
14/09/07 18:12 Slippery Fox Genius / AESL, Centurion ESU, Hornchurch, GLNE This is the best site i have ever seen. Honestly...the best...THE BEST...ever...EEEEVVVVEEEERRRR!

Great site - very informative and the photo gallery is superb... loving the pics of all you ugly lot! It's clear through the variety of activities you put on and that by achieving a balanced programme you have a very successful and, more importantly, fun unit! Keep up the good work on the site!
