Ahhh, the Unit Exec, they sound like an important bunch don't they. You may be picturing boardrooms, mahoosive meeting tables and reclining leather chairs, but alas, 'tis a little more humble than that!

The Unit Exec are a group of 6 explorers - two senior members, two members with a year or two of experience and two new members. They essentially help to run Centurion ESU from an explorer's perspective and have a number of responsibilities, including:

To keep us leaders on our toes by feeding back ideas and opinions on the programme
To organise some weekly meetings and other activities / events
To decide whether a fellow Explorer is worthy of gaining an Activity Badge
To keep track of Subs payments and employ the services of baliffs as required
To have regular meetings and drink copious quantities of tea
